By using sfsbs.org or applying to San Francisco Sports & Business Society ("SFSBS"), you agree to these terms.

Who We Are
SFSBS is a California nonprofit corporation and IRS-recognized 501(c)(3) organization (EIN 41-5214205) connecting Bay Area high school students with sports business professionals and career-development opportunities.

Membership and Eligibility
Membership is generally open to high school students in the Bay Area. SFSBS reserves the right to determine eligibility for membership, Ambassador roles, and event participation at its discretion.

Code of Conduct
Members and event attendees are expected to act respectfully toward speakers, staff, and other members. SFSBS may remove any member or attendee for conduct it deems inappropriate.

Donations
Donations made through our site are processed by a third-party platform (Zeffy) and are subject to that platform's own terms. Donations are generally non-refundable except as required by law.

Intellectual Property
The SFSBS name, logo, and website content are the property of San Francisco Sports & Business Society and may not be used without permission.

No Warranty / Limitation of Liability
This site and our programs are provided "as is." SFSBS is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this site or participation in our events, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
