San Francisco Sports & Business Society ("SFSBS," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information We Collect
When you apply for membership, apply to be an Ambassador, or sign up for an event, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, school, grade level, and phone number where applicable. If you donate to SFSBS, your payment is processed by our third-party donation platform (Zeffy), and we receive your name, email, and donation amount, but we do not collect or store your payment card details ourselves.

How We Use Information
We use the information you provide to administer membership and the Ambassador program, communicate about events and opportunities, and process donations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Third-Party Services
We use third-party tools such as Google Forms (applications), Zeffy (donations), and Zoom (virtual events) to operate SFSBS. These services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your information.

Minors
Many of our members are high school students under 18. We only collect the information necessary to run our programs and do not knowingly collect more than that. Parents or guardians with questions about a student's information may contact us at the email below.

Data Retention
We retain member information for as long as needed to administer our programs, and you may request deletion of your information at any time by contacting us.
